Our cleaning services are meticulous, consistent and tailored. Community Assistance offers cleaning services which are available weekly, every other week, monthly or one-off. Whether you require a change in frequency or have a special request - just let us know!

Here's some ideas on how our team can help you:

All Rooms
Dust photo frames, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves and skirting boards. Remove cobwebs. Vacuum carpets. Wash all floors and dry wood floors. Vacuum furniture, including under any cushions.Empty and clean ashtrays and waste bins.

 

Kitchen
Clean appliances, counters, cabinets, tables and chairs. Clean, scrub and wash sinks. Clean countertops and backsplashes. Clean the cooker top, refrigerator top and exterior. Clean microwave oven inside and out. Wash floors.

 

Bathrooms
Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks. Clean and sanitize vanities, backsplashes and toilets. Clean mirrors. Polish chrome. Wash floors and tile walls. Deodorise.

We comply with all laws and regulations in the industry. All our staff are DBS checked and we are fully insured too.

Our Staff will:

  • Always arrive promptly at the pre-arranged time on every visit.
  • Wear Community Assistance branded uniform and present an ID badge.
  • Carry out all reasonable requests within the allocated timeframe - unfortunately staff can't work later than agreed without pre-arrangement.
  • Act with confidentiality at all times, unless if it poses a significant risk to life.

Our Staff will not:

  • Carry out duties outside of the contract hours unless pre-arranged by Management.
  • Accept any goodwill gestures/donations without seeking permission from the Management Team, prior to accepting.
  • Smoke or consume alcohol on your premise at any time.
